3. Product Features
- High Reliability & Safety: Adopts high-performance magnetic overcurrent protection principle, which can quickly cut off fault currents to protect circuits and electrical equipment from damage. It effectively avoids electrical hazards caused by short circuits and overloads, ensuring stable operation of the entire power distribution system.
- Easy Installation & Maintenance: Boasts a standardized design that is compatible with Schneider’s common molded case junction boxes (such as E3A, E3H, E3S series). The plug-and-play structure enables quick replacement and disassembly, greatly simplifying daily maintenance and replacement operations, reducing downtime for equipment maintenance.
- Compact Size: Compared with traditional independent circuit breakers, the molded case circuit breaker has a smaller footprint, saving valuable installation space in distribution boxes and making it ideal for compact power distribution cabinets and narrow installation scenarios.
- Double Pole/Single Pole (D/O) Function: Partial models support the D/O function, realizing double pole or single pole disconnection as needed. This flexible disconnection mode meets the special wiring and protection requirements of customized circuits, expanding the product’s application scenarios.
- Rich Accessory Compatibility: Supports a variety of additional components, including tripping indicators, auxiliary contacts, branch overcurrent relays and more. Users can flexibly assemble these accessories to meet diverse control, monitoring and protection requirements, adapting to different industrial and building power distribution needs.

4. Structure & Components
- Main Contact System: Consists of main contacts, a quenching chamber and arc extinguishing plates. The main contacts are responsible for normal current switching on and off, while the quenching chamber efficiently extinguishes arcs generated during current interruption, preventing arc damage to internal components and extending service life.
- Magnetic Protection Element: Acts as the core component for short-circuit protection, enabling rapid circuit disconnection instantly when overcurrent (short-circuit) faults occur, minimizing fault impact on the power distribution system and connected equipment.
- Thermal Overload Protection Element: Monitors long-term operating current in real time, and triggers circuit disconnection in case of prolonged overload (such as motor starting overload, continuous heavy load operation), avoiding equipment burnout caused by overheating.
- Operating Mechanism: Comprises a handle, shift lever and paddle, supporting manual closing/tripping operations. The mechanism features smooth action and stable performance, facilitating manual operation and emergency control of the circuit breaker.
- Terminal Block: Designed for connecting bus bars or cables inside the distribution box, with stable wiring performance and good conductivity, ensuring reliable power transmission and avoiding poor contact failures.

5. Typical Application Areas
- Building Power Distribution Systems: Widely used in secondary distribution boxes of residential buildings, office buildings, shopping malls and other construction scenarios, providing reliable protection for branch circuits and electrical equipment, ensuring safe power consumption for daily life and office work.
- Industrial Power Distribution: Applied to distribution boxes in production workshops, protecting large electrical equipment such as motors, transformers and control cabinets. It adapts to harsh industrial operating environments and meets the high-standard protection needs of industrial production lines.
- Power Automation: Serves as a key protective component in power distribution automation systems, supporting remote monitoring and control functions. It integrates with intelligent power distribution systems to realize automated fault detection and circuit protection, boosting the intelligence level of power distribution management.

6. Installation & Maintenance Recommendations
Installation Guidelines
- Junction Box Compatibility: Verify that the selected MT25H1 model is fully compatible with the junction box (e.g., E3H series) installed in the distribution box to ensure seamless matching and stable installation.
- Pole Number Matching: Select the appropriate pole number (3P, 4P) and D/O function based on actual circuit design and protection requirements, avoiding mismatches that affect normal operation.
- Short-Circuit Current Rating Selection: Calculate the maximum possible short-circuit current of the power distribution system, and choose the corresponding rated short-circuit current level to ensure the circuit breaker can effectively handle fault currents.
Maintenance Guidelines
- Regular Inspections: Conduct periodic checks on the tripping indicator status, wiring fastening degree and operating mechanism flexibility. Loose wiring or stiff mechanism should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure normal operation.
- Cleaning Maintenance: Keep the surface of the circuit breaker clean and dry, prevent dust, moisture and corrosive substances from entering the interior, so as to avoid insulation degradation or component corrosion.
- Timely Replacement: Replace the circuit breaker immediately if frequent overload tripping, stuck operating handle, apparent damage or other abnormal conditions occur, to prevent potential safety hazards and ensure continuous and reliable protection of the power distribution system.
