3. Product Features
- Extremely High Load-bearing Capacity: With a rated current of 1000A, it can drive large motors with power exceeding 500 kW, suitable for heavy-load starting and braking applications.
- Durable Design: It can withstand up to 600 on-off operations per hour, far higher than the 200 times/hour standard of ordinary contactors, ensuring an extremely long service life.
- Compact Structure: Compared with contactors of the same specification, the TeSys F series provides larger current capacity in the same volume, saving distribution box space.
- Draw-out Installation: Adopts a draw-out design, facilitating quick on-site maintenance and replacement, and reducing downtime.
- Environmental Protection and Safety: Complies with the RoHS directive, uses recyclable packaging, and supports the WEEE waste recycling system.

4. Structure and Composition
- Motor Contact System: Includes main contacts and auxiliary contacts, responsible for cutting off or connecting high-power circuits.
- Coil: Located at the bottom or side of the contactor (depending on the design), it generates a magnetic field to drive contact action when energized.
- Spring Mechanism: Used to quickly reset the contacts when the coil is de-energized.
- Terminal Block: Used to connect power lines and load lines, usually fixed by bolts.
- Cooling System: Due to the high heat generated by large currents, radiators or fans are usually designed inside (specific model needs confirmation).

5. Typical Application Fields
- Large Motor Starting/Braking: Such as compressors, motors, and mine hoists above 400kW.
- High-Power Power Distribution: Main switch in industrial power distribution systems to control large loads.
- Heavy-Duty Mechanical Equipment: Heavy-duty machinery that requires frequent starting and stopping, such as steel plants, metallurgical equipment, and mining machinery.
- Pumping Stations and Power Transmission Systems: Used for main circuit control of pumping stations and power transmission line protection.
