4. Structure and Composition

• Module Body: The core component of the product, integrating 16-channel relay drive circuits, which realizes the conversion and output of control signals, and carries the core functional modules of the whole product.
• Terminal Block: A 20-point detachable terminal block, which is used for external wiring connection of load and power supply. The detachable design makes it convenient for replacement, maintenance and on-site wiring adjustment, reducing the difficulty of later maintenance.
• Connector: FCN connector, a dedicated interface for connecting with the PLC main unit or backplane, ensuring stable signal transmission between the module and the PLC control system, with good anti-loosening and anti-interference performance.
• Rail Buckle: Specially designed buckle structure for quick installation on the AM1 FD rail, realizing firm fixation of the module, convenient for standardized installation in the control cabinet and saving installation space.
