Installation Requirements

• Environmental Conditions: Install the drive in a dry, well-ventilated area free from corrosive gases, dust, and moisture. Given its standard coating (HD), avoid direct exposure to rainwater, snow, or harsh chemical environments to prevent component corrosion and performance degradation.
• Wiring Specifications: Adopt bolt termination for all connections; only certified professional electricians are permitted to perform wiring, strictly following the official wiring diagram to connect 3-phase power, load motor, and control cables correctly. Improper wiring may cause equipment damage or safety hazards.
• Heat Dissipation: Keep the heat dissipation fan vents unobstructed at all times, maintain sufficient clearance around the drive for airflow, and ensure a favorable heat dissipation environment to avoid overheating faults during continuous operation.

Routine Maintenance

• Regular Inspections: Conduct periodic checks on bolted connections to ensure tightness (loose connections may cause poor contact or overheating) and inspect the operation status of the heat dissipation fan to guarantee normal heat dissipation.
• Cleaning & Upkeep: Regularly remove dust and dirt from the drive enclosure surface; accumulated dust can block vents and reduce heat dissipation efficiency, leading to equipment overheating and shortened service life.
