6. Installation & Maintenance Essentials
On-site Preparation
- Ensure the temperature of the installation location is within the range of –25 °C - +55 °C.
- Check the bearing capacity of walls or frames to meet the requirements of bolted or welded fixation.
Fixing Methods
- Wall-mounted: Fix the base to walls or brackets with 4 × M16 bolts.
- Frame-mounted: Directly weld or bolt to the distribution cabinet frame.
- Base-fixed: Reserve a gap of over 20 mm at the cabinet bottom for heat dissipation.
Electrical Connection
- Arrange busbars according to Rear Busbar or Top Busbar scheme to ensure alignment between busbar terminals and adjacent modules.
- Connect phase lines, neutral lines and protective grounding via standard screw terminals, with torque referring to IEC 61439 standard.
