6. Installation and Maintenance
Installation
- Insert the 3500/61 module directly into the Bently Nevada 3500 series rack.
- Connect the corresponding type of RTD/TC sensor according to the selection (A, B codes).
- For redundant configuration (TMR), three modules must be installed as a group, and the system automatically performs voting or double voting fault tolerance.
Maintenance
- Regularly check the front panel indicator lights (fault, communication, bypass mode).
- Use Bently Nevada 3500 Rack Configuration Software to program parameters such as alarm thresholds and delay times.
- Select the appropriate protection level and isolated I/O module according to the industrial environment requirements.
