3. Product Features
- High Precision: Complies with IEC or IEEE standards, with minimal error, ensuring the accurate operation of relay protection devices.
- Compact Structure: Adopts an optimized internal structure design, with a relatively small volume, facilitating installation in space-constrained environments such as substations.
- High Protection Level: The shell is usually of a metal-enclosed structure, with a protection level of IP40 or higher, which can effectively prevent dust and moisture from entering.
- Strong Durability: Uses high-quality insulating materials and high magnetic permeability iron cores, enabling long-term stable operation in high-voltage environments.

4. Structure and Composition
- Iron Core: Laminated with high magnetic permeability silicon steel sheets to provide the necessary magnetic field conversion efficiency.
- Primary Winding: Connected to the high-voltage power grid, responsible for inducing current and voltage.
- Secondary Winding: Outputs low-voltage signals, usually connected to voltmeters, relays or automatic control equipment.
- Insulating Bushing: Used to isolate high-voltage and low-voltage components to ensure safety.
- Terminals: Used to connect power supply and load, usually designed with an anti-misconnection structure.

5. Application Fields
- Substations: Used to monitor the voltage of main transformers, high-voltage busbars, etc.
- Distribution Networks: Used for voltage monitoring and relay protection of power supply lines.
- Industrial Enterprises: Used for power system monitoring in large factories to protect key equipment from voltage fluctuations.
- Power Plants: Used for the measurement and protection of generator terminal voltage.

6. Installation and Maintenance
- Installation: Usually installed in the voltage transformer box indoors or outdoors of the substation. During installation, it is necessary to ensure that the insulation between the secondary side (low-voltage side) and the primary side (high-voltage side) is intact, and the wiring is firm.
- Commissioning: After installation, primary and secondary linkage commissioning is required to ensure the accurate ratio between the secondary voltage and the primary voltage.
- Maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of the wiring, remove dust and corrosion, and check the insulating oil or dry-type insulation if necessary. As it is a primary equipment, frequent maintenance is usually not required.
