Installation

  1. Confirm insertion into the bracket (support) on the SDCC board.
  2. Properly connect interfaces such as 2PL (power), 3PL (input) and 10PL (LAN I/O).
  3. Use KPPL to connect the programmer keyboard for parameter setting.

Maintenance

  • Jumper Settings: The board may be equipped with hardware jumpers (Berg type or WJ/JP type) for setting isolated and non-isolated circuits, which must be configured in accordance with the manual (GEI-100162).
  • Program Update: If the control program needs to be replaced, replace the EPROM card or use a programmer to download a new program through the KPPL interface.
  • Environment Inspection: Regularly check the contact status of the connectors, ensure that the operating temperature (-40℃ to +70℃) does not exceed the range, so as to prevent communication failures caused by overheating or overcooling of the environment.
