6.1 Installation Guidelines

- Mechanical Size Requirement: The module spacing is 37.5mm, and corresponding reserved space on the DIN rail is required during installation.
- Accessory Installation: The matched left and right end covers must be installed correctly to protect internal bus connections and ensure system stability.
- Protection Specification: With IP20 protection grade, the module shall be installed in a clean control cabinet to avoid dust accumulation and liquid intrusion.
6.2 Wiring Precautions
- The I/O supply voltage is 24 VDC, and the actual contact load shall not exceed the rated 10 A to avoid equipment damage.
- There is no electrical isolation between the bus and the RS232 interface. Common ground processing and anti-interference measures shall be fully considered in system design to prevent signal interference.
6.3 Maintenance and Upgrade
- Hardware upgrade and firmware management can be realized via Automation Studio (V4.3 and above versions).
- Official E-CAD (electrical design drawings) and M-CAD (mechanical design drawings) files are provided to facilitate system integrated design, equipment transformation and daily maintenance.
