The ATLAS PF300-G-HW is an enhanced-function industrial tightening controller equipped with a DeviceNet communication interface, suitable for medium-sized assembly lines and automated workstations. This controller can control Tensor series electric tools to achieve precise torque, angle control and data traceability, serving as a key execution unit in intelligent manufacturing. It supports torque control, angle control and multi-stage composite tightening control, is compatible with tools such as Tensor ST, ES and ETX, and can store multiple tightening programs to facilitate multi-variety switching. The controller supports communication protocols including DeviceNet, Ethernet, RS232 and I/O, can be set up and monitored through ToolsTalk PF software, and is suitable for control cabinet or workstation integration.
